This Week In Retail: Nov. 11th – 17th

This week Target’s got $10 gift cards on 4GB Xbox and 3DS systems as well as a buy on get one 50% off sale on select titles. Best Buy is giving $20 off a 12 month Xbox Live sub if purchased with Black Ops II. Finally, Black Ops II is out this week – go buy it, because you know you’re gonna!

Call of Duty: Black Ops II is the major game this week and is sure to bring in silo loads of money. The Vita CoD is also out this week.  These releases ensure Bobby Kotick’s financial stability for, well… I don’t know, like… forever! Ezio gets his own box set on the PS3, so if you haven’t ACII through Revelations, this is a great way to do so. Lego Lord of the Rings hits the home consoles two weeks after its handheld release. Sims 3 gets another expansion, because at this point, why not? Scribblenauts Unlimited hits the 3DS as well. Have oodles of fun summoning a zombified clown Cthulu with arachnophobia, because Cthulu is scared of spiders. Didn’t you know? Lastly, Wonderbook: Book of Spells comes out this week. Explore the world of Harry Potter with your PS Move controller and look like an idiot in front of your family. REFUNDICUS MAXIMA!
